Description:

1) The "PRE", a series of planetary roller extruders, experiences rolling and extrusion in configuration that a planetary screw is inter-engaged at a center of a main SCREW and BARREL which are screwed in a shape of helical gear

Costly stabilizers and lubricants are reduced to a minimum
10) Self-cleaning feature: Since all toothed components of the machine constantly inter-mesh, no residual material is left in the machine when changing over from one formulation to another. The system is change-over from one color to another, results in no more than 5kg of scrap.

can get through by heating oil; The main screw is core-drilled, heated by

oil; And the head of machine is cooled down by water;

1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T

before shipment

2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment

3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)

4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s

factory:

5. Installations and Commissioning

(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment

(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges

one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the

installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer

requests.
