16-160mm PVC Double Electrical Threading Pipe Extruding Production Line
The production line is developed by absorbing 1990’ West European advanced technology. Main machine is SJSZ 65/132 or SJSZ80/156 cone double screws squeezer, equipped with double tubes single-controlled stainless steel spraying shaper. When one tube is being adjusted, the another will not be affected. Automatic single-controlled double tractor and cutter are mixed together with previous double shaping technology, which makes the operation easier. You can separately control and make double tubes work at the same time.

7. Service:
-- Before shipment, we would invite you to come to our factory to test the machines.
-- After the machine was shipped to your factory, we would send our engineer to your factory to install the machine and communicate with your engineers.
-- After the installation, we would reply to your problem within 24 hours. If you necessary, we would send our engineer to your factory according to your requirements.
8. Option
The line is mainly for producing PVC-U pipes for wire and cable.
It can extrude two pipes at one time, which enhances production efficiency dramatically.
Each pipe is hauled off and cut individually, which effectively lowers unqualified ratio in pipe production.
9. Commercial Terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
(1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
(4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list will be provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are provided.
