Wood-plastic composite products is an environmental material, which is made from polyolefin plastic and fiber, such as straw, wood dust, rice ban. By special processing techinc, WPC would has many advantages, such as rot-free, constant condition and color, no cracking and maintenance free. It's an idea material to replace conventional wood and plastic. It can be used to produce railings, footpath, outdoor furniture, door, and other furnitures. It has a wide application.
2. Quick Detail:
This line is specialized in PVC, PE, PP wood-plastic foamed panel, decking panel. It has high capacity, stable extrusion, high foamed such advantages. It can produce various decking products with widely usage. High rigidity, smooth and paleography, the proportion is within 0.6-0.9kg/m3.
3. Description:
After the line add or replacing the different spare part, can be produced plastic steel window profile, pinch, plate, window sill, siding plate, corrugated sheets and wpc of floor, fences, door panel, door pocket, lines etc.
At present WPC extrusion line has two ways: one step way and two steps way: one step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product, two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product. The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, wearable and anti-erode, featured in good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving and wood powder and the other wooden fibre can occupied high quantity as 50-70%. This equipment is an ideal choice for customers who want to produce wood tray, indoors and outdoors floor, fences, warehouse plate and outdoors decorative material and so on.

The main extruding machine adopts special-designed screw, barrel, mould, Equipped with the auxiliary machineries, it could produce the PP/PE/PVC wood-plastic products, It’s a new environment-protecting product, which combines the wood powder and plastic powder at a certain percent. After the high temperature and mould extruding, the wood and plastic composites and becomes the final products.
9. commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T
before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s
factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer
requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
(1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
(4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest
that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list will be
provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are
provided.
