2. Description:
Mixing chamber has integrated construction, frond/rear wall of mixing chamber can be directly dismantled without remove of feeding device and ram, allowing convenient maintenance. Inside of mixing chamber is stack welded with hard anti-resistance alloy and afterwards receive ground finish contributing to a long service life. Frond/ rear wall of mixing chamber are drilled periphery orifices in order to effectively transfer heat.

6. Competitive Advantage:
a. Housing has compact structure and lightweight, and mainly consists of mixing chamber, bearing base, wearing plate and base etc. Except for bearing base, all the parts are structured by welded steel plates, possessing adequate intension and torsion.
b. Mixing chamber has integrated construction, frond/rear wall of mixing chamber can be directly dismantled without remove of feeding device and ram, allowing convenient maintenance. Inside of mixing chamber is stack welded with hard anti-resistance alloy and afterwards receive ground finish contributing to a long service life. Frond/ rear wall of mixing chamber are drilled periphery orifices in order to effectively transfer heat.
c. Bearing base is horizontally split and convenient to dismantle. In sidewall, which is formed by bearing base and up wall, fixing two vertically split wearing plate, which are available for heating and cooling. The rubber contact area of wearing plate is stack welded hard anti-resistance alloy.
d. Firmly welded base supports the whole mixing chamber and bearing base which are fixed on it. Mixing chamber is fixed-up with binding screw to sidewalls and base, and forms a close room with wearing plate.
An orifice is drilled in two each sidewall, used for installation of injector or thermocouple.

Internal mixer with intermeshing rotor can be used for plasticizing, mixing and final mixing resin, rubber, plastic and other materials for hard rubber products, seals, moulds, PVC as well as material for various plastic products. It is especially suitable for mixing mixture of rubber and plastics, rubber compounds and short fiberfill, and for plasticizing, mixing and final mixing hot sensitive rubber components.
9. commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning

(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
