Introduction
Fully automatic China wholesale five six layer pvc film calender machine mainly use LLDPE, LDPE or recycled LLDPE material to produce one side sticky or 2 sides sticky stretch film, cling film, cast stretch film etc. The width from 20mm to 2000mm, single layer to 2 layers, 3 layers, 5 layers and so on.
Stretch Film Machine

Feature
1) HT Fully automatic high speed three layer or five layer stretch film machine is customized with special
cone screw so that keep the pressure of barrel stably. More easy to adjust the thickness of film. Can make
stretch film and cling film per one machine.
2) The thickness of panel of our machine is 30mm, but other supplier in China, only 18-20mm. This is
why our machine can run stably with high speed.
3)The capacity of our 45/65/45X1300 is 3ton/day(24 hours) when making the machine use stretch film.
And our 55/75/55X130 is 4ton/day (24hours). Because we are making product by our machine so we can
calculate the cost of electrical fee is about 50$/ton for our machine. Saving more for our customers.
4) We can test machine for you until you satisfied for whole days or more before shipment. Not just only
few hours. JC-TIME T-die not a option system any more.
